Do Not do business with C.I.S

Ruthless scammer same repeat offender, will sign you up for 3 years and few months later will suspend your website under false pretext trying to extort more fees.....Save yourself money and headaches never contract with Complete internet Solutions .

DO NOT do business with this company!

I just switched to CIS after reading several articles in magazines like zdnet, PC Mag, c/net, all trustworthy publications. i even searched for bad reviews and didn't find any.
What a mistake. They are incompetent and rude. After reading the reviews below, i'm now afraid i will lose the domain names i've had for many years. Total bait and switch, crappy attitude, and tons of problems switching over. Not looking forward to transferring back to Bluehost, which isn't super cheap but at least they provide great customer service.

Avoid at all costs - See other review too.

Carlos was not lying here. Additionally, I know of at least three other folks in a similar situation. I was more fortunate that most, I was contacted by another scammed individual who freaked me out within 3 days of moving in with them. I was able to save email and most of my data BUT... they stole my domain names. I had never intended to change registrars but I popped into my old hosting account (that I had retained thank goodness) and discovered 2/3rds of my domains in process of moving away! With Privacy locks and ownership changes!! EEEK. Thanks to my registrar's hard work we saved all but 3 now in dispute. All this happened the second I asked for my money back. I then went to my Credit Card Company ( Love to Chase ) who immediately accepted my dispute. Within 10 days of that, I had multiple refund emails sent to me from CIS apologizing for the trouble and misunderstanding. I'm luckier than the very wonderful guy who called me and warned me off. Avoid like the plague folks.

Scam advice, take care.

I has subscribed for three years hosting plan. I have worked around one month to publish my site online. After three months they call me to inform me about my account suspension. They say my site was infected and literally they kidnapping all my work. The only thing supposed i can do is pay her 8 usd monthly for an antivirus. I try to work with the support team but the support team didn't do anything. I ask for deep information about the virus or malware but they only want to add me a 8 usd monthly fee. If was a malware issue, i ask they please remove all my data and i will start to work from scratch, but the only who they want is to charge the monthly fee. I write this because they didn't refund me, i lost my website, i lost the domain and i lost the money for 3 years prepaid service. Take care, choose other recognized brands.
