I ordered books in february... seconds after placing the order, I contacted them to ask them to remove one book from the order.... after 40 minutes of insisting, they told me that the order is modified and I will be refound in 10 days....
I just received with books, and the book that was supposed to be removed is in the package. And I had no refund.

I will not buy a single book from them anymore.

It is total mess guys and girls ! If you live in USA it will be perfect but for outside border it is total mess! First order and they cancelled my order without a reason and insist that the order did not pass ! I did purchase second time and then they cancel all of my books except 2 books(out of 7) but in my bank account i saw that they charge me for the full 7 books. After i share my concerns with them they literary close my order and charge me for virtual 2 books and shipping! Its not over yet i still order the rest of the books and they arrived today but for my surprise the most valuable books is missing and they put one book with two copies! I dont want to share the hustles in the customs! I would not buy anything from them period !

Please don't waste your time and money with these fake businesses, I mean ciscopress and pearson. Their website I would say just BS. I ordered 1 book but the buggy website charged me for 2. Yes they sent me 2 books which I returned 1. I called ciscopresd and they said they have nothing to do with this and I shoud call pearson. I can't tell you how many times I called them. I can tell you every time which is more than 5 times I called them they said my money will be in my account in 10 days and even they gave me transaction number twice but so far no refund after almost 8 months. This is a shared scam between these 2 websites. Please be careful. Buy your book from any website but these scammers. Since they played this game I bought all my books from Amazon anymore.

Bought 2 books from cisco press. with the applied discounts order came to a total of $78.99. however they charged on my card 2 values one for $78.99 and another for $93.36. Tried calling Pearson and they say that they have nothing to do with this. when you call cisco they also say they have nothing to do with this. The cisco press website has no phone and they never reply back to your emails. This is a scam done by cisco and pearson, absolutely disgusted.

They said please tell us more for Discount on your purchase. And by that they mean some future purchase so I left and will order from amazon. i cant believe that cisco lets this half assed company use their name.

I bought CCNA 200-301 Official Cert Guide and Network Simulator Library for $ 125.99 from ciscopress
the order has been in "In Process" status for more than a week, I wrote to their support and no one has ever answered me.
I thought it was a more serious company.

They are not serious. i bought 2 books and they sent only 1 and after mailing they told me they are out of stock :(

I bought a book from them, realized I could have used another discount, so I opened a ticket with them to cancel the order. I then ordered the book a second time at a $20 discount. I later got an email that my order has been cancelled and therefore my ticket had been closed. Great! Except they cancelled the newer and less expensive order despite my giving the order number several times in the aforementioned ticket.

I called customer service (there IS a number, you just have to google it: (800) 922-0579) and had a woman tell me she cancelled the appropriate one and reordered the less expensive order. Great! Except I checked and literally NOTHING changed - the wrong order was still "In Progress" and the right order was still cancelled; this was last night and I've since gotten an email that the more expensive order has shipped.

Do NOT buy from Cisco Press.

ETA: Even though I got an email saying the book had shipped the UPS tracking has been stuck at "Shipment ready for UPS, When the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated."

I called Cisco Press and (SHOCKINGLY!) they told me there's nothing they can do because it has allegedly left the warehouse. Luckily I used PayPal so I've filed a claim and hopefully I will get my money back and put this ordeal behind me.

I recently bought two products during a sale, applied the discount, and they still charged me full price. I tried contacting them multiple times but they hide behind Pearson who play ignorant. Seeing that other customers have gone through this very same thing makes me wonder how they get away with this fraudulent act.

I bought 4 books for the total price with shipping and taxes, according to theire site and my invoice, of $140. Afterwards they took $220 from my credit card, and said they suddently had to local tax even though it is shipped abroad, and the the shipping went from "free shipping" to a cost of $85. And now i have paid $60 more than i should and i have no invoice to get it refunded from my company. Dont ever buy your stuff from Ciscopress.com.
