Citaex Asks for UPFRONT payment half-way through the process. BE CAREFUL.
Citaex, after looking for an appointment for me for 3 weeks to get a fingerprint appointment has suddenly just requested pre-payment which is explicitly against what they offer on their website... This looks suspicious. Be careful if you're looking here. There are other sites which do not change terms of service halfway through their search.

I don’t know if they are really good or they are responsible… they told me they confirmed my appointments, but they don’t send me the PDF they don’t send me the appointment number … but my information is already in Cita and I cannot cancel, meanwhile they don’t send me anything…. It’s so weird …. I don’t know what to say now….

I was struggling getting an appointment for the “huellas” then i found Citaex in google i just try my luck if they can get me an appointment in the specific office i want, then i told them if it possible to get it before because we’re going to a vacation in the Philippines this august then they really get me an appointment in the office that i want ❤️
