Placed order and was charged, no confirmation..
Similar to another review here, I ordered a seat pad, my card was charged the full price for the seat pad and European shipping, but I never received a confirmation email, receipt, or any other communication.
Update (20/06): Customer service reached out to confirm the order, but only after seeing my review. I appreciated the communication and apology. I'm sure it's just an error on the site that means people are not receiving confirmation, but it's definitely a drawback to ordering.

Payment made, no seat cushion mailed
We purchased a seat cushion on September 5 and never received a confirmation or a reimbursement. They took payment and did not register the purchase at all. I tried to contact them via email, Instagram, and Facebook and they did not respond to me.
