I was under the impression I had…
I was under the impression I had ordered a SIX MONTH supply NOT a one month supply when I ordered the month 6 for $545. I messaged customer service to say that I had paid for the six month supply and only received one vial as I am now a month and a half in and almost out of medication. They responded and said that no I actually bought a month 6 dosage which is a one month supply. I paid $512 for a one month dose when a one month dose on their site with a discount is roughly $180? They need to change the wording on the site as I was under the impression I was getting 6 months worth for $512.50 ($545 pre discount) because if this is truly the case I would have NEVER switched to y’all and would have still been using my other company where a one month supply of the same thing is roughly $150-$190 not $512. On a different note I think the medication has been working.
