Placed an order early on a Sunday morning, and with minutes, changed my mind.

Confirmation email said to cancel using phone number or email. As it was early Sunday morning, I emailed them back less than 5 minutes after placing the order.

Tuesday afternoon received shipping confirmation. I immediately called and they said they are not open Sundays and did not receive my cancellation email.

Now they are willing to refund the cost of the unopened product once it’s received. I guess that means I pay shipping plus whatever handling fees they decide to tack on.

Pretty sure this is not the type of company anyone would want to work with.

I ordered 3 bottles of day weight-loss supplement and 3 bottles of night weight-loss supplement for a total of $216 net (not including taxes or shipping).

The products did not produce results, so I requested a refund for the unused, sealed product, from Citruna Support according to their stated warranty. I received a return authorization and returned the unopened 4/6 of the order. They eventually issued a refund to my Visa Card for only $42.36, not for the $142.56 I was due.

I emailed them again asking about the shortage, but they stopped returning my emails.

I would advise against doing business with them, as they are not an honest company.
