Product is Awsome, easy to use and covers all the bases. Makes my life soo much easier with day to day operations, keeping track of everything. The support has been exceptional, Laura, who came out to train us is dedicated and hardworking, made sure everything was working properly and that we knew how to use it all. Nathanael has been great as well, offering ongoing support to get us up and running. The sales guys were even awsome, Andrew and Grant, They did not steer us wrong. They all have assessed our needs and wants and guided us to the products that fit us. Probably the best decision that we have made in years !

Staff are very easy to get hold of through online chat, normally with an almost immediate response. Always very helpful.

Dealing with Grant and Andrew was a great experience. They are amazing sales people with great and funny personalities who new the Product so well. CitrusLime POS is flawless and is forever improving with new and helpful features. Would highly recommend them.

We use Citrus Lime for our shop POS and our website, the system is easy to navigate and whenever a problem arises (more often than not its a third party issue) the staff are quick to advise on a rectification or to give a timeline of when the issue will be resolved. Staff are friendly and helpful and its relatively quick to get through to them. Cannot fault Citrus Lime in general.

Consistently good service, advice and support from the team at Citrus Lime. We're a long term customer and the relationship doesn't just end at selling you an EPOS system and off you go.
Regular updates and refinements keep their products up to date too.

The support team are very helpful and get issues resolved same day. We can't thank Chloe from the support team enough for her consistant help! If its not done same day, she will chase up and keep us up to date all the time.

It's not often we have issues with our software, but if we ever get stuck or something does happen to go down, a quick chat with Roxie or Debbie always gets things up and running again in no time.

The assistance from the Google marketing team and the help from the support team have been spot on every single time!
The Citrus Lime setup is very refined and detailed and takes a long time to master, but if your company is strong enough to afford the time and staff to go through the setting up process and training it is well worth it.
Citrus is a very powerful tool for doing online business and running one or several physical shops alongside successfully, plus it has a great bolt-on module to organise bike workshop jobs if you've got a busy repair and servicing workshop on the go.
If you're just a small independent bike shop though it might be a size too big in terms of the ongoing financial and time investment necessary.

Great proactive company.
We have been using CitrusLime for our EPOS system for 8 years now and we have recently set up our e-commerce website with them too. There have been issues, but CitrusLime is constantly updating and improving.
Some of the features such as Auto-sim have helped us save time and sped up the process of getting our website up and running.

Using Citrus Lime for our till and e-commerse has been the best investment we have made as a business. Their complete end to end system is easy to use and there is always someone to help when an issue occurs. Our Google ads manager and Seo expert have been paramount in the success of the online side of the business, and the workshop module keeps the workshop running smoothly. This is really the only pos system you should be looking at.

The success team have been fantastic. We work with them for our google ads and Joe has been amazing in boosting our sales. We have tried other companies and google themselves but nothing ever worked out. With Joe in control we initially had a chat about the business and how we work and now it's something I don't have to worry about. We just let him know if we have any requests for promoting particular items or brands and he just gets on with it. Knowing that you can rely on someone to promote your business and see good results without the stress is just what we were looking for.
