Everything was perfectly taken care of during the whole process

Super friendly and helpful. Everything went very quickly and communication was also very fast. Can only highly recommend renting at City Apartment.

AVOID, they will take your whole deposit for completely unjustified renovations, make false assurances, and overall just scam you for works they will never do.

My family and I are moving into one of their apartments in 2 weeks. From the first day, Alexander has been taking care of our questions, going the “extra mile” to guarantee our satisfaction with the agreement, being punctual in our meetings and replying our messages straight away.
We are extremely satisfied with City Apartment’s way to do business and with Alexander’s way to take care of his clients.

I'm so happy with my new apartment, and it's even better than I imagined. Benedicte and Alexander made everything smooth and easy. I'm really grateful for their support and can't recommend them enough :))).

It was an easy process, the apartment location is really nice. Sending the documentation was also strait forward and working with Benedicte has been a great experience.

Good service when you are a tenent , but as soon as you terminate they will make sure use all your deposite towards renovation. No matter how clean you have maintain the apartment.
During the key handover Inspection they said "I have maintain the aprtment very well" - but still they used all my deposite on renovating the house.

Their make fake "positive" feedbacks about themselves online. they cheat and lie to customers and offer non-existent apartments for rent. They forge documents and signatures. They sending unreasonable invoices and threatening people. They rent apartments whose prices are not real or apartments don't even exist. trials against this type of peoples are always slow. They especially try to take advantage of foreigners' lack of understanding. But they themselves do not understand that Denmark still has a consumer protection law.

Avoid if you can. It’s bad service, extremely rude or they will simply ignore you. The problems with the flat are serious (plumbing, rotten smell through the kitchen sink that floods from time to time resulting in loss of cabinets I wor add pictures but isn't possible.
Our common laundry machines (some people have some don't have the appliances -are in the same building. The machines are often broken and causes conflicts amongst the neighbors that many occasions had to be without machines for more than a month waiting for fixing. The tumble drier requires that you go up and down at least seven times because it cools off or takes hours...
It is expensive but the worse is the lack of respect for the customers. Charming the client to get in $$$.

Omg! Do not rent from this company! They do not reply back once you are a tenant…the day we moved our son in to the place was so dirty. We have videos and tons of pictures with date stamped…also, left the place clean and charged us for the most minor things… we also have pictures. We left the place clean! When I placed a bag of garbage in the disgusting garbage cans I seen 2 rats the size of a full grown cat! Make no mistake it was not a cat….long tail.

Quickly addressing issues via service email address(1-2 days time to address issues)
smooth move out process with objective inspection.

Only challenge is the number of available apartments in Copenhagen City area as it runs out really fast.

Overall I will recommend City Apartment based on my experience.

City Apartment has provided a great and professional service from finding an apartment to the exit. Their apartments have high value versus the rent, and they always provide high standard of service. I do enjoy my life with them and strongly recommend to everyone.

House was fully furnished with most of the utilities available in good condition. Cleaning can be better, as the bathroom was not super clean when we came. Overall good experience

The apartment is quiet spacious and at a reasonable price. I moved into a furnished apartment and I am happy that I made this choice.
the service people and the team is quiet fast in responding to your mail or phone call.
Over all it was a very smooth move in process.

We lived in a cozy apartment in Østerbro for a little over a year. Whenever we needed assistance, City Apartment was always there with a quick response.
Moving out was smooth and straightforward, with no issues about our deposit.
They were really professional throughout.
They've earned a 5-star review from us, and we'd definitely recommend City Apartments to others.

We've been in our cityapartment in Valby for almost three years and have had such a great experience. Any concerns about machines that need fixing or plumbing is answered almost immediately and handled by cityapartment. Very fast communications, simple agreement and the apartment has everything we need in it. Great furniture and good maintenance.

Don't.
They do not care about either service nor you as a tenant.
You are nothing but cash in their pocket.
They have no moral value, no second thought about getting rid of you if it means they can earn more.
There is nothing positiv about them.
They literally locked a 90 year old inside her apartment just to get rid of her, by locking the elevator.
