Amazing car rental experience! They did not have their website up and running for the Phoenix location at the time, so I called. They answered immediately and provided the best pricing (by far) I could find. They answered all my questions and got my family and I setup for 3 rentals. They picked us up from the airport and had the cars ready. They were all new (less than 2,000 miles). Drop off and return to airport was just as easy. I would highly recommend.

SCAMMERS... AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unscrupulous manager whose goal is to defraud customers with false documents, false claims and fictitious charges to your credit card. They do not honor the terms of the booking and will resort to threats, assaults and act in aggressive manner when you challenge their baseless actions.

Cheap to bait you and then take you for a ride with fraudulent charges on your credit card.

Do not book here (City car rental or their other operating name - Surprice Car Rental) and never give them your credit card details or you will regret it for sure. Read all the negative reviews. Those are real experiences. The 5star reviews on google are fake and posted by paid agents and their own people. After my google review, they posted more fake 5star reviews to cover up and push mine down.

Have initiated legal action against these unscrupulous fly by night operators. Will update on the process to deal with such worthless people as well here.
