Extremely upset.. Left mark on my couch that wasn't there before. Carpet still has marks on it too. Have contacted them but no response. They also tried to increase the quote. I wouldn't recommend at all.
Nice Service Good Work. They removed stains that I thought were permanent, and the carpet looks new again. He is knowledgeable and very detailed in cleaning. We really appreciated his effort and service. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of carpet cleaning.
My partner booked a carpet cleaning with this company. 30 min past the scheduled time no one had shown up, no text notification of a delay, no call, nothing was received. It took us three calls to this company to finally be told that their van had 'broken down' and that they had to cancel the appointment.
So we basically spent more than one hour moving furniture out of, and back into the rooms for nothing.
I can only recommend to stay away from these amateurs and hire carpet cleaners that a) can afford a reliable fleet, and b) possess the common courtesy to at least communicate when they are running late or facing other issues.
