I had a great experience with Citydent and wanted to share a positive review, especially highlighting Melissa, who made all the difference for me. From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive, patient, and responsive. I sent quite a lot of emails with very specific questions about my treatment, and she took the time to answer each one clearly and thoroughly. Honestly, without her help, none of this would have been possible.

Dr. Dena is in charge of my orthodontic treatment with Aseral aligners. Although I still have about six months to go, my experience so far has been excellent. She explained everything in a very professional and easy-to-understand way, making sure I felt comfortable and informed about each step of the process.

Everyone at the clinic has been kind and welcoming, which really adds to the overall positive atmosphere. The clinic is also conveniently located, and it’s great that they accept both card and cash payments.

Overall, I highly recommend Citydent. A special thank you again to Melissa for her outstanding support throughout this journey.

I travelled from Ireland to Citydent and had an excellent experience over two days (25.03.2026 and 26.03.2026). My root canal, permanent filling, and professional teeth cleaning were all completed smoothly and successfully. Everything was perfectly organised by Melissa, and Dr Boran along with his assistant Dolunay were outstanding. The clinic is clean, safe, and has very friendly staff, plus it’s conveniently located near hotels in Sisli. It’s significantly cheaper than Ireland—an incredible value—and I would highly recommend it and happily return again. Thank you Dr.Boran, Dolunay and Melissa!

My teeth had been worn Downey for years so I finally decideed to do a full restoration. In my case it meant 28 zirconium crowns. The whole process took about a week with several fittings so they cloud adjust the shape and the bite properly. The first couple of days felt a bit strange with the temporary teeth, but once the final ones were placed everything felt quite naturals.

Had a brilliant experience with both Nevra and Sude. I went to get my teeth whitened. My teeth are already quite white. Nevra was honest and stated I didn’t need my teeth whitened and she did not recommend as my teeth are already white. She cleaned my teeth to a great standard. Overall pleasant experience this company is definitely not out for your money.

As a visitor in Istanbul, I was a bit nervous about booking a dental cleaning, but the experience was excellent. The hygienist was gentle, detail-oriented, and very reassuring. Everything was hygienic and professional. I’m really happy with the cleaning and would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I was invited for a 5 week trip to Istanbul and needed some dental work so I did some research online and ended up contacting Citydent for this work.

Melissa was my patient coordinator and she was wonderful from start to finish. We communicated through WhatsApp and she was very responsive even on her days off away from the office.

She put me with Dr. Asil Gündüz and his wonderful assistant Döndü.

Döndü was very gentle and understood my needs throughout the process.

They replaced 3 crowns (with top of the line Monolitic Zirconia crowns), added 1 new crown, replaced 2 fillings from silver to white fillings, added 2 fillings, and a nightguard for under $1,300.00 USD which saved me thousands of dollars compared to the cost in the USA even with dental coverage.

Dr. Gündüz spent enough time to ensure the job was done correctly and it ended up being perfect as far as I can tell.

I am very pleased with the job they did I would highly recommend their services.

My mame is Magda from UK. I came to CityDent Istanbul to have my dental treatment. I used dentist in Budapest/ Warsaw/ London but the way I been looked after in this Clinic is by far the best. From the start I had my coordinator Soheila. She looked after me great. My dentist Dr Gizem was fantastic. Attention to details is just unreal. I had implants/ crowns/root canal and extraction done. What can I say ... 10/10....

I am so please with my doctor and the way I been looked after. Came to Turkey to diffrent clinic but soon after seing dentist i realised it was all about money not my health at all. When i went to Citydent I was so amazed with care and so proffesional approach. In a space an h i been seen by 3 specialists who build my treatment plan.
