The Jacket is way too small. Is this a kids 3xl. I’m so confused.!? I need this for my birthday and now it’s too late to send it back or find something else. Sad, disappointed and confused!

Clothing not as decscribed very cheaply made. The item was marked as shipped and a false tracking number was provided. It was not until I e-mailed that the item was shipped under a different tracking number. The clothing was shipped soon under a new tracking number after I contacted but no explanation was offered regarding the conflicting tracking numbers nor why the original tracking number provided could not be found. Also the dress was not as pictured nor described indicating false advertising. Fabric was very thin, color was several shades lighter and sewing measurements for the fit on the body was off. The dress is $77.00 and company is not easy to contact. E-mail address is a gmail address not in the name of the LLC. I need others to know so that they are not misled. You are better of purchasing from SHEIN and that says a lot. I found my daughter a much better quality dress for twenty dollars cheaper at Dillards.

Hi, I believe you had reached out about your order and it was resolved. In our shipping policy it states some of our merchandise comes from overseas. The first tracking number was from overseas, and when it came to the states you receive a USPS tracking. I provided you that number as well. We also do FREE 30 day returns which you can reach out and we will send you a shipping label. You would then receive a full refund for your item.
