Thank you so much for the excellent customer service support, answering all my questions & safely packing our Hansa Border Collies. Have ordered 3 so far & kept a pair. The 3rd one went to a good friend who teaches young children (kindergarten). They named the very realistic BC toy dog "BISCUIT" & love caring for him. You also carried the best prices for them compared to Sears which was almost doubling the retail price. All arrived in mint condition & were carefully packed to prevent any damage. WELL DONE!!!

what city lights say on their wed site is true fast and good

I have been very pleased with their service and with the way I was treated when I had a previous return. I feel I should be treated the same when I return something as when I purchased it and I was treated that way. Thank you.

I have had vert good service form city lights they are prompt and accurate the only concern I have had is in the cost of the postage It would be great if they could offer better rates for international customers.

I have been very happy with citilights collectibles. I order on line and get the
shipment within a week. The condition is always excellent. I have never had
to send anything back.
Had to call the store when my computer was down last year and they were very courteous and helpful.

Carry a great selection of Dept 56 plus a variety of others.Didn't realize till recently that you also carry Speed Freaks. Very happy you do. Will be placing a order for sure. Keep up the good work guys. Plus ship to Canada

While the products are great, I am still waiting for a replacement of a broken Christmas ornament.

Other than this issue I would shop there again

I ordered a specific item advertised on line. City lights decided to send something else. So I got merchandise I did not want. They were glass ornaments. Who ever package these opened the ornament box dumped packing peanuts in then pressed the box top back down breaking 6 out of nine then tossed it in a bigger box and shipped it. What the he'll do I know- I owned and made neon glass and shipped all over th USA plus Europe. So I know shipping. Then when I called city lights some twit was as rude as you can get. My fault for ordering wrong it was delivery service that broke all the glass ornaments. I just tossed the box of broken glass in the trash. Good luck with service and miserable twits answering the phone your going to need alot more then luck. I will never do another order with city lights again. Your not worth the 1star I gave u.

I'm very pleased with the service. The item was exactly as represented, they shipped quickly, and didn't charge riduculous postage. I won't hesitate to order from them again!

I have ordered Christopher Radko ornaments from City Lights for years. This past year, one (#60.00!) ornament was broken when it arrived, and after weeks of frustration, terrible communication, etc., etc, I was never able to get the ornament--FINALLY had my money refunded. I will NEVER deal with City Lights again!!

I would recommend City Lights for any shopping online. They are very
efficient and usually get the merchandise in about 1 week.

I got the item I ordered so quickly that I nearly talked the delivery man out of leaving it at my home. I was certain it could not be what I ordered from CityLights so quickly!
