3 weeks ago I did order one battery, few days later got an email that Darek is working on my order. I dont know what happened with him, they should check on him because or he is not doing his job or he is dead. By the way got no answer on my email about asking what happened with my order. I Just threw out 400 euros on the Window. Or Darek is paying his vacation from it.

Update the review because they were realy nice after got my one star, and since then I ve got my order, long time. The battery is realy good one, have to admit. Sad that i needed to leave that for contacting me. Only that s why the 4 stars now.

Good quality scooter battery, and easy installation, company is very solution focused and shipped to my location despite my country not being listed on checkout, response time was also very quick, and no false promises were made about delivery time. I would buy from them again.

I have been using a CityLion battery for one year. It's an external battery for my Xiaomi M365 electric scooter. The battery tripled the distance that I can go with my scooter. So far so good. I can recommend it.

I recently custom ordered a new internal 48v battery for my Ninebot G30 with instructions for it to be within specific dimensions and with specific cables (to fit with my electric scooter model). I'm from Ireland, ordered L battery(19.4ah) for Kugoo g2pro. Much stronger than original one(13ah). I was waiting for 8-9 days for shipping because guys needed to build the battery. So after 2 weeks all together it arrived in Dublin. Great packaging, protection, its easy to put together if you follow the manual. I got so much more distance. Didn't measured but i could get 30km before in turbo mode and now probably 80km in one charge. I was charging every day and now every 3-5 days. Its legit company and costumer service is great as well! Totally recommend!

I wish other companies would provide such excellent helpdesk services! I had a few questions throughout the process and was always helped instantly in every way. City Lion is a great company!

Xiaomi Pro 2 External XL Battery

The scooter had significantly more power and range. It became a better replacement for his petrol equivalent in the city.

I bought a 36V 25Ah external battery for the Segway G30 max from them, to be delivered to Finland. It took a bit over half a month for delivery. Assembly was easy enough, although the instructions did not say how to tie the Wildman bag with the battery to the scooter frame. Attention!! Don't forget step 8 after attaching the bag: you need to connect the cable to the battery also *inside* the Wildman bag. I forgot that step and spent some time trying to figure out why the battery doesn't seem to give power 🤪 Their support was helpful, but it took a while to check for this obvious mistake by me 🙈

The original 15Ah scooter battery runs out after 29km in cold weather. Adding the CityLion battery I rode 37km and it took only 44% of the total, with Ninedash estimating that I could likely ride 75km in total. This would mean that in summer temperatures, where the original gives 40km, the combination could last around 100km. Absolute recommendation!
