Driver calls you every day for tickets cancellation
The service of the moving on the day was OK, we helped most of the movement. Although the driver left without finishing moving all of our staff because of his next job, we still decided to give him £20 tips because of his hard work.
The most annoying thing is after the movement, the driver calls you daily, chasing you to solve his van ticket, even though you sent the explanation email to the company that issued him the ticket and provided the driver with the contact email address of the company also the evidence that you requested the parking reservation email. The driver reached out to me on WhatsApp and called me blaming me for not picking up his calls even though he had all the contact details that I had and decided to chase me, not the company who gave him the ticket.
P.S. I did make it clear that my phone is on silence at all times and I miss most of the calls.
