Moving is a big stressful event
Moving is a big stressful event, and as such you’d expect poor experiences during the move would be par for the course. During my move, the event went very well and the staff were great - it was what happened after the move that really let the company down. It started when they double charged us for the move, for me accidents happen and I’m happy to work through it, but after multiple calls (14 over 2.5 weeks) and emails (including to the CEO), we have never had anyone contact us to even discuss it, let alone investigate and credit the extra charge. They just seem to not consider their customers after they have got your money, and after being patient I’m at a loss to understand what I can even do in this situation - it feels like they are not contacting us as they hope we will go away and they get to keep the money ($2.2k+ by the way). Anyway, I would not recommend dealing with them at all, not because solely of my experience, but because it’s apparent the company’s corporate staff just don’t care.
