The room cleaning charge is too high.
Also, during our stay, there was a work next to our window and each day we woke up with a super loud noise. We couldn’t even hear ourselves in the room because of the noise.

We are sorry to hear that you have faced some issues while you were staying at our locations. Regarding to the cleaning charges, you have not required any cleaning service from us directly so we are not sure where you get the price from. It is the first time we get this comment about cleaning fee prices really. The cleaning charges are decent and reasonable prices normally.
Sorry to hear your experience about the noise. Again, It would have been nice if you could have let us know your experience while you were with us. We did not know you have had some noise issue. We could have recreated your rooms or look for other options to sort the issue.
