I recently booked a tour for Malaysia with Mr Amin and I should say everything was very well organised. We were a group of 15 including kids and adults and everyone was taken care while planning the tour.

It was a great experience with city one. we booked Georgia package and it was amazing we enjoyed a lot and a special thanks to Amin Vhora for a amazing customer service.

I planned to visit Azerbaijan on custom made packages specific for Eid Holdiays. Many tour operators offer such packages but since I knew City One owing to their close proximity to my residence and prior visa related experience I explored more details from them. Right from beginning Ms Jade Mercado was extremely helpful in explaining package details and helping since I had to travel with 2 small kids. She offered flexible payment plans as well and clearly her priority was comfort of travelers it appears rather then closing the deal.

We departed on day of eid and flight itenarary airline and hotel were very well planned. Civilized timings of flights were used and it helps with small kids. The hotel was a real 5 star by any standards. In just two days the wonderful local guide showed us all prominent places which by ourselves we may have taken a week to cover.

All in all I was very satisfied with the trip and just wanna say that in trips everything cannot be perfect however the extra mile City One goes for customer care is commendable.

The facility provided was very good. Nimit Joshi was very helpful when it came to booking the services. He made sure that everything was smoothly done. Our driver Mr. Hussain was also very helpful and made sure to keep our comfort in mind. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend others.
