Better luck with street parking.
I reserved a spot online and arrived at my location. The attendant there wasnt very polite as I told him we had prebooked online. He advised that the lot is full and didn't bother with me. I had to tell him again that I prepaid and he said to call for refund. I insisted and he finally accepted my reservation. However, my car was not parked in the lot but rather just lefted on the street unattended. When I arrived to pick up car a few hours later, he first gave me the wrong keys and then didn't bother to get the car for me. He just handed me the keys and left and I had to walk down the block to retrievet car.
