Multiple service issues
Was turned away even though I had prepaid parking, had an exceedingly long wait (45 mins) at a second lot, had to wait quite some time on exit as my car couldn't be found, intentional misleading comments were made by the attendant (attempted to lead me to believe I'd receive a credit).
I submitted an email to Customer Service on 9/30 and have not heard back as of 10/4.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely AWFUL staff that made us cancel our SpotHero reservation, told us to come back in, and wouldn’t let us leave until we paid their $35 fee. The most rude, unprofessional parking attendants I’ve ever come across. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
