Arrived at 355 71st Street
Arrived at 355 71st Street, NYC. Attendant said my QR code was no good. He did not try to scan it. He gave me a ticket and said I can get a refund. Later, picking up my car a woman in front of me insisted that he never gave her a ticket when he asked for one, He left came back, and said she was causing problems. He leaves again comes back, scans her code. Her payment is confirmed. I realized he had lied to me, gave him my cash with the ticket, stepped aside and waited for everyone else behind me to get their cars and proceeded to tell them all what the guy had done while they making the attendant could hear. When I was the only one left standing there he came out saying, do you have your keys? I told him he had to move a car so I could get out and also I wanted to let him serve his other customers. While that was true I really just wanted to let him think about what he had done. I don't care about the $25.
Everything
Everything. They scratched up my car and hid it by moving my car to a space where I wouldn't see it right away. When I noticed it the next morning and called the parking garage, they stopped answering the phone. Terrible place, dishonest and poor customer service. The car that they scratched is a brand new car.
