They can waive with provided info, given at the meeting time, when i was explaining, they shut me down, turned off on zoom, said at end time, that did not come. charged cumelative fine. one time accIdentally removed that email with info, requested by phone, email. no response....; nada. govt has given powers, they are VERY RUDE, & MISUSING IT.
