My family and I had such a great experience! We booked an apartment for a short stay in London and it was absolutely an amazing place. The location was perfect, the inside super clean and (most importantly) the CityRelay team was lovely and kind. Couldn’t suggest it more!

i have just moved into my new flat and honestly my experience has been amazing so far two lovely ladies named Saadiqat and Carlyn have been looking after me, their organisation and time replies are incomparable i had bad experiences in the past with other places so it’s really appreciated.

Very clear and swift communication, although ultimately decided to rent another flat. Saadiqah was very helpful end to end. Overall - great experience!

The flat was awesome. It was perfectly cleaned and they have all the tools you need (except weight scale :))

The communication was great and fast. Whenever we needed something, they answered in the next 5-10 minutes. They're very helpful and made sure that we have a nice stay.

We had very good stay, the apartment was modern, very clean and had all of the amenities needed.
I had a little bit issues with a frezzer because the door of freezer stay open and a lot of ice was produced however City Relay team have resolved it quickly and I had great communication with them. Nearly around the house you can find good restaurants, lot of buses to go to London center in 30 mns and the metro is less than 20mns.
If I have another opportunity to visite London, I'm sure I will rent property by City Relay.

The apartment was located in St. John's Wood with easy access (less than 10 mins) to the Tube and multiple restaurants in the neighborhood. Our host was easy to reach and also quick to respond to our questions. Will highly recommend.

Great location in Hamstead. Close to the tube, the park, high quality grocery shops, pubs, jazz club, coffee shops, and restaurants. The apartment is very stylish and artistically designed. You have a nice veranda to drink your morning coffee or a glass of vine at sunset. It is fully equipped - just arrange your things in the big closets, and you have anything you need. The only down side is the number of stairs, which might not be suited to everyone. i came for a two-month sabatical and really felt home far away from home!
