I bought two notebook covers with personalization. The products are nice and seems to be of good quality. I’m looking forvard to wathing them age.
Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking. First, due to a fault on the website the personalization could not be specified and combined with Christmas stress the e-mail about it was missed + they also didn’t reach out to ask (since the order specified “personalization: yes”). So one notebook cover arrived blank. They wouldn’t ship the right one before they had the faulty one back. Fair, perhaps, and they asked me to return it to an adress in Germany. I did, and heard nothing. Eventually I contacted them and asked about my order and got the reply that they didn’t recieve it yet - apparantly their german contact sent it onwards to Lithuania - and I had to wait for that, too!
When I eventually did revieve my second notebook cover there was a mistake in the personalization!
Also they haven’t corrected the mistake in the webshop that caused all this in the first place.

The ordering went without any problems. I am satisfied wirh the quality of the product. The delivery was fast.

Super responsive and responsible owner seller; and beautiful well crafted product. Attention to details and perfect snug fit. Quality product that will probably last longer than the iPad itself (with Apple wanting you to upgrade all the time!)

Delivery was taking long so I cancelled my order. Miraculously it had just been shipped so cancelling was not possible. If I wanted to return it I would have to pay a return shipping fee. Not very consumer friendly.

Ok, whatever I started using the wallet. After a few months the screws came loose and after 6 months I just flat out lost them. When I asked for a refund I got the following response:
"I am sad to hear you lost these screws and you can't use your wallet any more. These screws loose with time and you should screw them from time to time. I could send you new screws if you wish."

I insisted on a refund since I just can't use the product anymore and I'm not supposed to be screwing my own wallet together I got this response:
"It has been six months since you ordered your wallet. As mentioned earlier, we can send you new screws to restore its functionality. If the wallet is damaged within a year, we offer repair or replacement services. However, we do not provide refunds."

Afterwards I complained and said I was going to open a PayPalclaim after which did not respond anymore. That was mistake on my part because I was no longer able to file a claim through them because too much time had passed.

I no longer expect anything to happen so I just wanted to warn other people about these, although seemingly legal, very consumer unfriendly practices regarding shipping, return and refund.

The wallet itself was ok, albeit pricey, especially considering it fell apart after 6 months.
