Satchin sood and his team at city smile dental Hamilton.. when you entre the surgery, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly but professional. One can see that all the staff like being there.. I had a difficult extraction of a molar... Harvey, was an excellent tooth puller.. gental and patient. His assistant was very a tentative and proficient. I'll always be a patient to this clinic. In nz we call the dental clinics the murder house.. not city smile though. This is the soothing clinic.. PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU SATCHIN SOOD.. I RATE THIS CLINIC 10 OUT OF TEN... fantastic

Had a root canal done, the whole process didn’t take long at all. I was really nervous going in, but Dr Sachin made me feel comfortable straight away, all the way through. First time using their services, and I’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10 service. Highly recommend.

The worst experience ever, my appointment was moved to another time without informing me. The receptionist who turns to be the clinic manager, instead of apologizing she was so rude, raising up her voice and pointing her finger to me, I even caught her taking about me to another patient. The doctor was made aware of her behavior, but he didn't even bother to reply.
This clinic is highly unrecommended, booking system and customer service is crap.

I had an accident with my front teeth and the team at City Smile in Hamilton were awesome. I was seen and treated within an hour. I was very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. Well done team. The dental work outstanding.
