Excellent delivery and Driver
I ordered some products from Wickes and a delivery was scheduled with CitySprint (Cardiff Branch).
I’m always wary when companies outsource their delivery to third parties.
How wrong was l
Excellent service, text message confirming when the delivery would be with me and a telephone call from the driver (Matthew) when he was about 10 minutes away.
Matthew was very helpful and moved the products to a location requested. They were large OSB boards that were difficult to manage.

Barr was brilliant. Intelligent, courteous and prompt delivery.
The driver rang when he was 5 minutes away. This meant I was ready and waiting which helped a smooth delivery. There were high winds and fragile goods but Bart was creative on suggesting a way to reinforce and protect the polystyrene so that there was zero damage and a double quick unload.
