Do not ask for a courier on a friday afternoon.
Booked a courier at 2:20 pm to go 9 miles. At 4 pm, there was no collection or communication. After calling, they admitted they had no couriers but were still looking. At 5:30 pm I am on my way to London, leaving my ill wife to fend for herself.

Parcel not delivered as per instructions.
Someone received fast enough to pick the parcel, but never delivered it - even if was mark as delivered. Been checking him live on map and he went totally opposite direction of where he should have drop the parcel.
Edit: Parcel was only not delivered as per instructions that caused a 2 days delay in the person receiving his Birthday gift.

Never turned up when they were supposed…
Never turned up when they were supposed to. Then turned up at 6pm when the office closed at 5pm and are now charging me for their failure.

Nearly every time I order a same day…
Nearly every time I order a same day with ASOS they have failed to deliver and claim no one was at home to answer the door which is a load of rubbish
Worst delivery company I have have used and suprised ASOS still use them.
They give an estimated time to deliver and then claimed to turn up at around 11pm on multiple superset occasions which is well past the time frame and then blatantly lie that they attempted delivery but no one answered.
