Lilly PL33 was very friendly, cheerful and professional, was very careful with my delivery and left it all neat and tidy and where I had asked her to leave it. Did not complain once about having to carry it all in and up and down my steps. Was a pleasure to have such a nice delivery person, have had some awful ones in the past from other companies.

Lilly has delivered our heavy/bulky Wickes items a few times. She has always been on time and respectful of our property. She has communicated with us if there might be a delay in getting to us within the alloted time. We will definitely be using this service many more times as it's extremely convenient for us.

definitely an above average delivery company, ordered from Wickes on the Monday and was informed about my delivery by text and email, every step of the way I was updated regarding the progress, due for delivery on Wednesday, my items came in good time .the delivery driver had a wheelbarrow to unload from the van and I then unloaded to the fron of my home. Lilly was friendly and careful to check everything was ok as I ordered .
overall good company to deal with.
