I recently had the pleasure of receiving a delivery from Q082 - Mihai through CitySprint, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The delivery involved numerous heavy boxes, each weighing 25kg, filled with tiles and laminate flooring. While I’ve had bulky deliveries before, this one truly stood out for the incredible level of effort and professionalism displayed by Mihai.
I have never seen anyone work so hard and so efficiently, especially given the sheer weight of the goods. What impressed me most was Mihai's thoughtfulness—he carefully arranged everything exactly where it was most convenient for me, ensuring the process was seamless from start to finish. His speed and strength were remarkable, yet he maintained a friendly and accommodating attitude throughout.
I couldn't help but worry about the physical toll such a delivery might take, particularly with such heavy boxes. I truly hope CitySprint recognizes and supports the immense efforts of team members like Mihai. He turned what could have been a stressful delivery into a smooth and positive experience.
