The delivery was on time and as expected, however I have to say that Q111-Paul was absolutely fantastic! He volunteered to carry the bags of gravel to where I needed them, saving me so much time and backache! I cannot praise Paul enough.

This delivery man is always friendly…
This delivery man is always friendly even when he’s had a bad day or it’s raining. He will stack the Ecoal for me at the side of the house or put boards just inside the door of the house that helps me as I cannot lift much unlike some of his colleagues.

Westley (Q071) in Rugby was an absolute star! He kindly carried my delivery through to my room of choice as I'd have struggled on my own. Lots of drivers would just dump and run, but he not only made sure that I was home but really helped me out and went above and beyond. Only took him a minute, but made a huge difference to me.
