The staff are so friendly and helpful…
The staff are so friendly and helpful cannot do enough for you. We could not decide on what size storage we required, we were shown two different sizes and there was no pressure to take the bigger one which of course cost more, we were left to decide and not rushed.

We needed 2 units so we toke advantage of the new customer discounts at 2 different storage facilities..
This one made the other place look like a shed and its cheaper..

Great facility and staff
This was my first time using a storage facility and the staff was very clear about the procedure from start to finish. The facility seems very secure with the use of cctv and the prices are attractive. They even recommended a really good moving team which made the process even smoother. I would surely use them again.

I found that city store a friendly company that listen to what you want and not used by and oversell. Nothing was to much for them. I would recommend them to anyone who would like to declutter and store.
