CityTax (formerly United Tax Defense) is WIDELY reported in reviews as a predatory tax-relief operation that targets desperate taxpayers with non-stop aggressive robocalls, extreme sales pressure, and VERY inflated promises of huge tax savings, then rushes them into expensive financing that foremost benefits the company. Complaints of their previous company title (only the name as changed; same owner, same employees, same building, same floor) consistently report little real tax work (if any at all), misleading disclosures, and near-total silence once payment is secured. Anyone searching CityTax tax relief reviews should understand MANYYY consumers say they were grossly misled, severely financially harmed, and hopelessly abandoned by CityTax.
