è inutile acquistare un oggetto che viene pubblicizzato a 200 euro se poi devo pagarne altri 70 per la dogana. Se siete un sito web francese acquistate voi la merce dal Giappone cosi evitate di far pagare l'iva ai clienti.
it is useless to buy an item that is advertised at 200 euros if I then have to pay another 70 euros for customs. If you are a French website, you will buy the goods from Japan so avoid paying the VAT to customers.

We understand our customer’s frustration at having to pay extra but there is little we can do about it. We would like to take this opportunity to mention that all our watches are genuine and received direct from the manufacturer including warranty documents in original.
