Smart Exeter

Smart Exeter

Smart Exeter created a favourable first impression - helpful reception staff who directed us to our appointment with the Smart specialist, Martin. He was very impressive, spending a lot of time going through the features of the car. On the test drive, Martin highlighted the features that were particularly important to us (one-pedal driving, comfort, good driving position etc.) and allowed us to really test out the car in a variety of road conditions.

It was a good experience at Smart Exeter, particularly because of Martin. He showed great patience and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the OS. After a week of ownership, the car has lived up to all our expectations.

A great customer experience at this…

A great customer experience at this company especially from the person with whom I dealt, Stephen Berndt. This company is very efficient and customer friendly, they always answer the phone and greet people at the reception entrance. Nothing is too much trouble. The products are displayed and explained well especially important when buying a new vehicle.
