Dave and I are very appreciative of the hard work, Brad Wurtz and his office put into making this happen for us. I know our case was a little unique and not easy on their end. However it was evident Brad and the staff cared enough to think outside of the box to help us lower our rate. We saved a significant amount on our monthly mortgage payment, home owners insurance and consoildated some credit card debt into a better payment. Brad went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered before our late night closing. Highly recommend this office! Thank you.

I was misled, lied to, constatly given wrong information. THey were consistently behind and caused two delays in closing. They were so far off the mark- I had to pay for items that should have been covered by my DPA on my personal credit cards because they didn’t know what they would be. Awful experience and my complaint with CFPB was filed and their response was to blame me for not getting items in on time- even though I provided a clear timeline to the contrary

Brad was amazing to work with. He stayed late to make sure I had all of my documents ready and to answer questions I had for him, even during closing, he made himself available. He is truly a remarkable person to have help service your mortgage loan, whatever type it might be. Brad was very helpful in guiding my wife and I innmaking a secured financial decision that was best for our situation. Everyone should use Brad! He won't steer you the wrong way and he will always be honest with you. Please consider him for your future mortgage needs.

DO NOT USE FOR NY MORTGAGES. What a nightmare! They kept asking for documents that were sent to them multiple times. The Closing Disclosure was not finalized until the morning of closing. I asked Ryan for my clients CD multiple times and he refused to provide it to me, I was the borrowers lawyer and he refused to send it to me. My client sent me what Ryan had sent him. Once I got the final CD from the bank, the bank attorney fee went up $550.00. The CD they provided the client said $950, then they tried to get $1500. Of course I disputed the sudden change. Not sure which was worse, Ryan refusing to send my my client's closing disclosure or him laughing at me when I asked for it again. It took months to clear this loan and the closing itself took THREE HOURS. If you need a NY loan, go to a NY broker located in NY. Having a license is one thing, knowing how to actually do the work and understanding that the buyers attorney must be provided certain documents to protect her client from fraud is another.

Brad was so on top of everything and he knew how to do his job, he was kind forthcoming with information and made the experience easy and manageable. He worked with me the whole month of March tirelessly.

This company does not pay their vendors. When you call for past due invoices the loan officer is so offended and whats you to treat her like the money is coming out of her pocket. Apparently there is no managment so they dont return the calls. Next step is court.
