While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Civic Courses makes study courses for citizenship tests, with a separate course for each country, available as an app for iOS and Android and as a website. Our first course is Medborgarskapskursen (medborgarskapskursen.se), which prepares you for Sweden's citizenship test, medborgarskapsprovet. It covers 13 chapters in 49 short lessons, from how Sweden is governed and how elections work to law, the welfare system, modern history and Swedish traditions. Difficult words are explained as you read, and every lesson ends with a summary of what the test usually asks about. To practise, you get 260 questions, flashcards and a full timed exam simulation, and the app shows you which lessons are worth going back to. Lessons are available in Swedish and English, while the practice questions are in Swedish, since that is the language of the real test. We plan to add courses for more countries under the Civic Courses name, and reviews for all our apps and websites are collected on this page, so it helps if you mention which course you used. Civic Courses is an independent study aid and is not part of, or endorsed by, any government authority, including UHR, which runs the Swedish test. We can't promise that you will pass, but we work hard to keep the content accurate and up to date. If you find a mistake or have a suggestion, we want to hear about it.
