Getting in contact with Nick I instantly knew I was going to be happy with the service from the first detailed conversation about the work he would carry out. In a very timely manner, Nick arranged with the vendor the survey and took care of everything. Having even one less thing to worry about when buying a house is an epic win, so this is good all round. The quality of the report that was produced was incredibly detailed and thorough to the point I knew more about the house from the survey than having looked round it twice and the estate agents documents. The report highlighted the things I needed to look at in more detail and the things that were fine. Further to this, Nick followed-up and we were able to talk through anything I was unsure about. I worked with Nick during the first three weeks of January when he carried out his survey of my preferred property. I have finally received his report, and am impressed by his structuring of the report. He went into incredible depth in every issue, giving me a crystal clear image of the underlying problems, with detailed action plans and identification of future maintenance needs, even highlighting issues where I need to ask my solicitor to dig deeper into the legal positions. Friendly and helpful to an extreme, and even helping me with introductions to local tradesmen.
