Fortunately, we used CIZGI instead of enterprise by mistake and I think we made the best mistake… Car rental process was easier than we expected, payment was one and only one.. not thousands of dollars..

Best part of it all, at the return; we approached an employee named Ali bilir (knew his name later) his attitude, professionalism, and work ethics were top notch. Overall, we were lucky to work CIZGI and Ali!

They took advantage of our situation and over changed us, after trying 2 off site car rental companies and being subjected to "the deposit scam" we ended up back at the airport 3hrs later and unfortunately this was the 1st company we tried as we were tired and desperate to get on the road to dalaman, they quoted us a price on line that's not worth the paper it's printed on they then charged us a lot more saying the quote is only valid for 24hrs 🤷 we left feeling there is no rental companies in antalya that are honest and trustworthy!!!

Do not rent from this company.

Today the 25th of October 2025 I had a confirmed booking and paid in full for a 7 seater car ( Tigo 8 ) . When I arrived in Istanbul airport I went to there counter at the arrival and I was advised that they had no car for me and I will get refunded in 4 days .

I even asked for 2 small cars and they where not even trying to solve there problem.

I had to rent from another company double the price !!

My story is clear and it’s up to you to trust this company.

Renting a car by this company already for soms years now and very satisfied about their service. My latest rental was from their Konya Airport branch. Had a request for a car with more power /HP which they supplied. Would like to thank mr Erdogan and his team for their assistente.

Staff were very Friendly, the whole process was straightforward for picking up the minvan and dropping it off. Not pushy about any extras but explained what was available.

Absolutely amazing experience with this company. Service, quality, speed - simply amazing. Definitely recommend it if you're in Turkey and you want to rent a car.

It was my first time renting a car in turkey, car pick-up was smooth, staff was friendly and the car had low mileage, however a few things are good to know:
1. There is a policy in which the car is delivered almost empty and they ask you to also return it almost empty (for me the first time seeing something like this, might be standard practice in turkey tho).
2. The car had no working navigation.
3. The car had no reversing sensor.
4. There was no help offered changing the language and setting up android auto.

In the end the car worked well and the experience was decent, there were no hidden costs. Just a few inconveniences.

It was advertised that the company representative would meet us at the arrival launch, which did not happen. I had to find the transfer to the domestic terminal on my own. The process of taking the car was simple and quick; I was asked to sign the paperwork without reviewing the car and i found a lot of scratches and dents on it after examination - on my request they were put on the form. I do note that the personnel was not picky when they took the car back, however i am not sure whether it would be the case if i didn`t insist on putting all of the preexisting damage on the form. The car was comfortable and in good condition.
I hit a pothole just 20 min after taking the car and one of the tires went flat. I phoned the number provided, but the person who picked up the phone did not speak English well and asked me to type my problem on Whatsup. After clarifying the details of the problem i was advised to find help from someone and no one picked up the phone or replied after. I was lucky enough still being in Antalya so i found people to help me, but it would be very different if I was on the motorway. Overall there is no road side assistance provided by the company. The process of the giving the car back and paying for the wheel was straightforward. I suspect i would enjoy the experience, provided i hadn`t needed the road side assistance. However i feel the technical support in a foreign country is paramount for safe car hire.

I was charged additional toll fee of TRY 175 for Ankara-Konya road which was only TRY 175 for this road section but HGS sticker was included with EUR 5 which is more than 175 lira. This year I was driving back with toll free road. If compared with last year, I had enough while driving toll road including return.

For the past 8 years, I’ve been using various rental companies at Izmir Airport, and I believe Cizgi has been the best by far!
They have a friendly yet professional team and are extremely accommodating. Highly recommended.
