I contacted a company called 'CJ Moving' to arrange my relocation to Korea. However, their representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. I contacted to verify if this company is an officially authorized agent or affiliate of CJ Logistics, as their behavior was highly suspicious.
After contacting the CJ Logistics headquarters in Seoul regarding this matter, they confirmed that the company in question is not affiliated with CJ Logistics in any way. It is an unauthorized company impersonating CJ by using a similar name. The following is the official response from the CJ Logistics headquarters.

We are writing in response to your report dated Tuesday, December 2, regarding overseas relocation services in the United States.
Please be advised that our company discontinued overseas relocation services as of November of this year.
Upon verification, the phone number you provided (442-222-8224) is associated with a company named CJ Moving USA, which has no business relationship with CJ Logistics. Furthermore, even prior to November, when our company was still providing overseas relocation cargo services, we confirm that there was no business relationship with this entity.
Accordingly, we are currently conducting an internal review to determine appropriate measures regarding the unauthorized use of the “CJ” name by a company operating under the name CJ Moving USA.
