WHAT A MESS!
I have been working with CJ since October 2025. At first, everything seemed fine until I started experiencing serious issues. I am a very small business, which makes me even more concerned about what will happen as my business grows.
First, the supplier sent the wrong product to the warehouse. Then, the warehouse registered the wrong SKU in the system, and this happened during Chinese New Year. As a result, no proper solution was provided, and my orders have not been processed for nearly a month for a product that I actually had IN STOCK.
I also realized that several customers will receive the wrong product due to this mismanagement.
Additionally, my agent canceled some orders but did not reactivate them afterward. As a result, orders were canceled and never re-entered into the system.
How am I supposed to manage this situation? This is not my mistake, yet I am the one facing the consequences.
This situation is unacceptable. I had to offer discounts to my customers who will probably not receive the correct product, or may not receive any product at all — due to CJ’s poor management.
What started as a simple mistake has now escalated into a much larger problem.

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. They take forever to send something I pay for shippingment and still taking forever than after I pay they wait 30 days to say I need to pay extra because the product is oversized. That's not my problem they should put everything together on the order. Now I am waiting for my money back and they keeping give no sense answer I order this since January because I need for my store for Valentine's day . They say you need to wait and after that they want to charge me 50 dollars more
