VERY LONG Processing Time

Processing time in most cases is long even if you buy pre-inventory from them

This is what they indicate in their Estimated Processing Time:
1-8 days for 22.9% orders

now add the delivery time and it turns out that their delivery time is long and not fast as they write on their platform

Very disappointed with this service and I do not understand why they have such good reviews here

24/7 chat is like having a PA!!

I am a newbie on Ecom & CJ. My agent, Yone Yang provided a very efficient & professional assistance to streamline my Ecom business, brand setup, etc. I felt like I had a very friendly personal assistant who's experienced in sourcing and all these!! I really like the chat service as it's 24/7 so you're never stuck and never miss a minute to make progress. Highly recommend CJ if you want hassle-free business!!

Very good experience with…

I am editing my review because right after I left this positive review everything went down hill. Delays, orders not fullfilled because the didn't have the stock after I sent an inquiry asking about the delay on processing this particular order. A couple of days later I found out that the item was out of stock and order was not going to be sent to my customer after waiting 3 days for processing. I will update this review if service improve or gets worse but I am very causious now with my orders here.

Very good experience with CJDropshippping so far. Good support overall. I've been using their service for about a month now.
Good customer support. I am editing this to say that Ruth was fantastic!

Billy is my representative in my drop…

Billy is my representative in my drop shipping business and he is very patient helping me out how the process of drop shipping works. Hopefully, he can lead throughout the avenues of selling online. Very happy with my experience on CJ

Very happy with my experience on CJ, learning the website is intuitive and convenient. My agent Hector is amazing, always replies to me and goes out of his way to benefit my pricing by doing tedious work for me, i'm very grateful. You should be paying Hector much more for his outstanding service, at least double. Thank you CJ and Hector!

Unprofessional Service and Refusal of Refund - Case Reported to Dubai Police

I am extremely disappointed with CJ Dropshipping. I have been trying to get a refund of $264 for a non-delivered order, but their support team (Agent Luria Xie) is flatly refusing to help, stating it’s against their "policy."
​I have already filed an official Criminal Complaint with the Dubai Police Cyber Crime Division (Report No: 7423/2026). Even after providing the official police report, they are not taking this matter seriously. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I warn other entrepreneurs to be careful. I will continue to pursue this legally until my money is returned.

However, to clarify the situation, your order (placed in 2024) could not be delivered due to an incorrect address. We sent multiple re-delivery notifications, but we received no valid response in time. As clearly stated in our policy, unclaimed parcels that are destroyed after the storage period expires are not eligible for a refund.

You opened a dispute in March 2025 — well after the parcel had already been destroyed. Our support team has repeatedly explained this policy to you. Regarding the AI message you mentioned that suggested a refund to your wallet: we acknowledge that automated responses may sometimes be inaccurate, and we sincerely apologize for that confusion. However, the final decision must follow our written refund policy, which does not cover address-caused delivery failures.

We respect your right to pursue legal action, but we stand by our policy. We strongly advise future customers to double-check shipping addresses and respond to redelivery notifications promptly.
