I had the pleasure of using this business to organise a mortgage life insurance and critical illness cover.

I was guided through very calmly with Ranveer Bretherton a Financial Adviser working on behalf of this business.

Ranveer, is very articulate in producing the best of results and her response times in getting back to my queries (and I've had a lot!) were quick.

No professional jargon is used with Ranveer as she explains everything very slowly and in a way that is understandable.

Her knowledge is high in her field and has made my transition of moving from Bolton to live by the coast in taking out a new mortgag, a dream come true.

I am very grateful to Ranveer and the company she represents for all she has done for me over the last 6 months.

Exceptional from start to finish. Best Financial arranged a self build mortgage based off quite complicated earnings and then transitioned us on to a high street one once completed. 2 years between start and finish but Tim and team were always on points. Keep up the good work guys.

We have used Tim at Best Financial Services now for over 7 years. He helped us with the purchase of our first home in 2015, remortgages thereafter and the purchase of our second home in 2020 during the pandemic and more recently a remortgage. Tim has also organised mortgage protection and life insurance policies for us.
Tim is always extremely professional and polite and has gone above and beyond for us every time. We wouldn’t use anyone else and will continue to go to Tim in the future.

Recently used best financial services again for my remortage as well as when I bought my first home with them. Dealt mostly with Tim, Linda and Jodie and couldn't recommend them enough! Tim, always put me at ease and made sure to answer all my questions as well as provide information and lots of support. He was always available on emails, calls and really put me at ease. In fact they sorted out an issue I had with a previous company and were the only reason I was actually able to complete the process of the purchase of my first house. No question is too difficult for them and Tim always found a solution for me which is why I used their services for my re-mortage as well. Excellent company to work with, value for your money and total transparency.

Very good service, BFS informed us on each step of the process and clearly guided us through the process, so It was much helpful for us to know the timeframe. The one to one session on clearing the queries was much beneficial especially for first time buyers. Definitely would recommend BFS.
