We have just used Susie Leek at Four Oaks Financial Services to arrange a mortgage for us. What a lovely hard working lady she is. We needed to arrange a ‘mortgage in principal’ quickly but Susie was due to go on holiday. She worked till 9 pm on a number of evenings to arrange this before going on holiday. I could understand this devotion to duty if Four Oaks services were expensive but their charges are very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Susie to anyone in need of Financial Service. She is worth every one of the five stars.

I was recommended the services of Tim and his team when we were looking to move home and wanted to find the best cost-effective ways of doing so when applying for mortgages.

Tim was extremely professional throughout yet had a perfect way of explaining contract jargon in an easy to understand format over the phone, email and video calls.

Alongside this , the team have also helped us with different insurance packages to help protect us and our family in the future.

The whole team provided a seemless service from initial enquiry to completion supporting me through the whole process of mortgage application even helping to chase up solicitors. Really helpful and friendly staff and no issue to big or small. When my solictor was dragging her feet Jodie was there to push them along and soon resolved the slight issue with the mortgage application. I would definitely recommend and would use them again myself without question.

The team at Best Financial are excellent, very client centric, personable and solution orientated. I have never met someone so knowledgeable about the mortgage market and the associated housing market, I would highly recommend

We were referred to Best Financial Services by a friend to help guide and advise us through the process of buying our first home. And I cannot compliment their service enough. Any questions or queries I had no matter how small of a matter it was, was answered swiftly and expertly.

I could not recommend their services enough. The best thing I can say is that they made what is supposed to be a relatively stressful procedure an absolute breeze sorting out everything to the finest detail and I can honestly say that we don’t think we could have done it without them.

Received amazing service from start to finish from Simon and everyone at best financial services. Everyone was so helpful and everthing moved very quickly but smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble. Every aspect we needed to be able to move into our house was covered, they looked after everything for us. 10/10 would recommend! Simon was great, so polite punctual and informative.

Simon found us a great deal on our mortgage for our first home even with our low income.
Unfortunately we had a terrible issue during the conveyancing which was nothing to do with Best but Tim stepped in with Jodie and they saved us losing the house by fast tracking us to make up for lost time. You never really know what a company is like until you see how they handle things when something goes wrong. Although it was not their issue they took ownership and got us sailing through the finish line in no time at all. Tim and Linda helped me sell my home and purchase a new property with my partner.

They were so helpful and guided us through everything from start to finish. We didn't have to ask them to do anything as they'd already done it. Any advice we needed, Tim was on hand to help and he made everything a stress free process. Worth every penny and I can't recommend Best Financial enough!

This is the 3rd year i have used BFS, my one policy covers my car and motorbike saving £60 per annum off my insurances, I will keep coming back.
