Terrible.
I used it for the first day and thought it was great.
I, then, tried to use it in the pub. It declined.
I went to an ATM that accepted Mastercard and then "insufficient funds."
I sent £100 to my card and couldn't withdraw £50 or even spend £5 for a beer.
Absolute crap.
Sent funds to my wallet and now the funds are stuck. No way to fee bump, the customer service is virtually non-existent.
Absolute nightmare.

Extremely poor quality along with slow speed of their support service. Waiting for help almost for one month already, support agents reply once per 4-6 days. Lost my hopes for using my CL card ever again in the nearest future (as it became suddenly locked after the maintenance in the middle of August)
WILL UPDATE WHEN SOLVED,
If a transaction fails they still take your money, My transaction failed and the money still got taken from my account, I'm waiting for a refund.
Many hiden fees.. terrible interface.. few transaction stuck… support do not reply.. really poor services never ever agian. Avoid this provider
Careful when using this company, if a transaction fails you gonna struggle to get your money back, even if the merchant refunds immediately. And then after weeks they will refund your money in EURT so you have to pay fees again if you want to buy ETH or BTC.
Support takes ages to reply and usually they only reply once a day so they can keep your money for longer.
If this only have happened to me once I would have said this was a isolated mistake, but no, it's the second time this happens to me and this time is taking even longer for my money to be refunded.
Good project, excelent idea to integrate crypto in our daily life, but really really bad company to deal with.
I have been on holidays for 2 weeks on this card, here is the experience:
+ Integration with Ledger is very good. Wont allow a mistake handling funds to the CC, etc.
+ The card mostly works as any other card but there are some issues:
- Some transactions will fail, and no explanation is given at all.
- The statements offered don't allow to properly track expenditure, it should track "balance", perhaps in the main BTC account. The CSV export is poor, as comas in retailer name will mess it up.
- You cannot report to support an specific transaction.
- ATM fees are 3x of my normal card.
This is a very promising product that fits the Fiat Crypto gap in "transition" times. I hope is properly polished. I recommend it.

Most of the times the card works fine. Once you have any issues you never get any answer from them. If for whatever reason your payment fails, these guys are just taking the money in their pocket. Therefore never spend any significant amount of money with this card. Only the amount you can afford to lose. There's nothing like customer service. If by any chance you get any response, be only irritated for lies.
I tried to top up my Revolut account. The top up failed yet the CL card has been charged.
well this happent to me i try to login and i get this message : Your account has been disabled. Please contact support at cl-cards.com
i contact them and the answer is this :
Thank you for contacting our team.
We completely understand that you want a justification for the rejection of your account, however, sharing such information might place at risk of abuse. Due to this, we will not be able explain the rationale behind the rejection.
We take a systemic approach to fairly assess all user applications and, unfortunately, yours was rejected. At this time, we will not be able to provide any further details.
I STILL HAVE MONEY IN CL CARD AND I CANT USE IT BECAUSE IT IS DISABLED. and they do not answer to emails anymore, so they are really scammers. avoid!
I bought myself a ledger crypto wallet and only then read the company's tweet that it turns out that the company always had access to the secret phrase. The card that the company offers seems to be of the same level as the ledger company. They accepted the documents and simply rejected the application without explanation. Fraudsters.

Not letting to open account due to nationality, meanwhile not announcing it officially and saying that they cannot open account and cannot expose the reason.
Total scam.
They blocked my card after 2 legit transactions (payment to an old EU company - renting servers ). Now they won’t give me my money back. They refer to their terms, where it says my money belong to them.
Refunds not back into my account! Many places won’t accept the card. Absolutely useless card and support ! Avoid with ur life!
Card missing
On 13 december 2022 i ordered my CL card on ledger, but my card never came to my adres in Belgium even i was helping several people to order there card without any problem there card came in the mail 8 days later, except mine so i started to get in touch with the support service and 31 email's later there is still no solution, I'm desperate and they are not really helpful.
They promised me to send me a new card as soon as possible, now we are 23 march 2023 and i still don't have the card i also can't activate my virtual card even it says it's active in my app .
The card and services of it work fine. I have found CL card (master card) having a much more interesting options, simplicity and nice look over Nexo's and Crypto.com. But they have been blocking my funds! I have been busy buying crypto, ahead of a possible bull run, so I added little extra, and now I can't use any of the 2 cards, unbelievable. I mean, can you even imagine the future with these Communists in at the helm?!🤯 I work my ass of all day long to get some extra cash to invest and those, those .... damn control freaks!!! Give me my money back you daemons!
To sum up with yet another unbelievable experience with them, you just can't believe it!
I had, about 6 Cryptodraft loans with them, with nice success, I was able to get up to 1300e in collateral and was getting about 700e from them and then the CEFI came from the depts of hell. So I paid 771e my loan and when the collateral came back it was only 530e and when I tried to contact them, a week later they said that collateral was deposited at my account, witch was true, because it clearly was present at ETH (0.66), but when I asked them to explain how I was only able to withdraw 530e insted of 1300 as it was in the collateral deposit, the strangest answer....a PDF document with bunch of addresses in it, some numbers...I will tell all of you reading this that CEFI Crypto space is so sick I think it comes straight from hell, the control and totalitarian mechanisms they force on you is...well to blow some brains out, to ventilate them just to be sure!
But I'm not giving up, I think I know how to screw with them, AND I'm not letting this slide bye and I have some of my people in London and I always get what I want and I want it be sure about it! It's going to be their style of screw! Just the same methods you are using and its going to be so great!
Your asset class is not safe with this institution, if we can call it that way, they start showing totalitarian acts very soon after application, for most people. Look at it from this perspective, they are far away, they do not answer on hails, they don't give any explanation about those acts they just do it because thay can!!!!
Now I really understand the difference between DEFI and CEFI, a terrible new world order is upon us and it will be a brave new world to be in...and ill be waiting for it, just around the corner......
First I was in a waiting list for a physical card. A few months later they invited me to registration. They took all my documents and personal data and in the end just declined my application without any explanation. Unbelievable.
All verification and interaction process is made through browser (wat?!) which is built into ledger application. Therefore you can’t take quality photos of your documents etc.
Just disaster.
I like that they reply fast and they help you if you encounter any problem, the team is made of professionals, good job ♥️
The CL Card itself is a great instrument, however, it is also a great shame the backup service, and support seem to be as 'inadequate' as it comes.
Application for the Visa card (which I have added funds to) seem to be a very long process of verification under KYC - takings days, weeks (still waiting) to just check the one submitted document (as opposed to other sites which take under 1 hour!). True, you can use the live chat - but that tends to go unresponded to for long periods. Its a real shame, as if CL could only fix this, the product has a potential to be a new valued flagship on the Cryptocurrency block.
The card was received and activated but will not allow me to attach my crypto wallets but will allow wallets I don't hold...I have also sent two payments to the card via my bank which show sent but both have never shown on my account there is no customer service I would stay away from this one
I am still waiting to get verified after I provided all the paperwork and info required, never had any issue to verify on any other online banks ever.
I feel i got Scammed for my personal data by Ledger and Baanx. Beware!
