I would like to sincerely thank Claimcloud for their outstanding service. The entire process was smooth, reliable, and completely stress-free. Once I provided the required information, the company handled everything independently and professionally. There was nothing I needed to worry about.

Perfect and genuinely effective service.
We had a 4-hour delayed flight from Prague to the Dominican Republic and were entitled to compensation of 600 euros. First, we submitted a compensation claim directly to LOT, but they dismissed it, saying we were not eligible. So we handed the case over to ClaimCloud, and they started handling the situation.

For a long time we only received automated emails stating that the status of the claim had not changed. However, before the deadline by which the airline must issue legitimate compensation, the money was indeed sent to us. Although the whole process took two years, ClaimCloud successfully recovered a total of 780 euros for us. After deducting their commission, we received 540 euros, which is a very nice amount.

Once the compensation is approved, the money is normally sent within 30 days, but the company offers— for a fee of 350 CZK— a transfer within two days. We used this service as well, and the funds were indeed credited to our account within two days of paying the fee.

We didn’t have to do anything during the process except fill in the information online and upload a boarding pass stub. I highly recommend this company.

I can recommends this company

I can recommends this company! Everything was fast and smooth. The instructions was synoptic along. When they need something the will call me. Money came fast. Our case had happened in September and our money came in November’s. Other company our case denied but ClaimClaud solved out it.

ClaimCloud helped me obtain…

ClaimCloud helped me obtain compensation for a delayed flight….something many travelers never pursue, either because they don’t know services like this exist or they think they can handle the process on their own. My case dated back to 2020 and it took quite a long time to resolve, but in the end it was successful. I appreciate that ClaimCloud handled the entire process for me and made it possible to get money I would otherwise have likely never received.

Recommendation

I truly recommend the services of Claimcloud which helped me a lot. I am pretty sure that I would not gain my money back from the airline as I had tried several times. After 3 months and a few refusals by airline, I just found claimcloud and they did all the work. And won.

Terrible


Terrible – in one word. I don’t even have the energy to go into detail.
In short, it’s been 14 months since I submitted my claim to ClaimCloud, and to this day, it has not been resolved — and it looks like it never will be. There’s been no real communication. I had to write them every month or two asking for updates, and I always got the same response: that nothing can be done, and that they’re still waiting.

Yesterday, I sent another email saying that if I had handled the claim on my own, I’d already have the money in my account. That’s exactly what happened with a friend of mine — he was on the same flight, submitted the claim on his own, and had the compensation in his account within a month.

I don’t speak English, which is why I chose to go with this company. But after this experience, I’ll never contact them again. Based on a phone call I had with them yesterday (on a Sunday at 5 PM!), the man basically told me he would no longer cooperate with me — just because I mentioned in the email that my friend already got paid. He also accused me of being vulgar, even though there wasn’t a single vulgar word in my message.

In the end, they canceled my request, and on their website, they wrote it was “at the customer’s request,” even though I never asked for that. There’s more to the story, but in short — after waiting 14 months, I’m exactly where I would be if I had done nothing at all.

So my advice: handle it on your own — you’ll get your money faster than going through CLAIMCLOUD. And beware of the high fees — if your claim does get resolved through them, they take a significant percentage from what the airline pays you.

This behavior seems to me to be unserious. That's why I evaluate it this way. I think that the given remuneration is clearly and predetermined - in my opinion generous and further delays, in my opinion due to interest, seem to me to be inappropriate.
