One of the worse companies I've had to deal with. What started out as just to read over forms and sign then send them back and everything will go smoothly. Smoothly no it didn't with excuses after excuses from oh your forms need to be resigned again or we have lost your forms. Then to get phones calls after phones. In the end I did get money back but not via this company via Martin Lewis where he has all the templates and doesn't take commission. This company takes 36% commission.

Using Claiming4U has been the worse experience imaginable! What started out as an estimated 3-6 months claim took over 2 years for them to complete. Excuse after excuse, forms needing re-signing because originals were lost or out of date, tardy updates which I had to chase over and over to get, rude operatives, blaming the Ombudsman and FSCS for changing timescales, and then they charge 36%! I definitely recommend close scrutiny of the fees before using them.
UPDATE 11:54 23/06/21 - Having just spoken to Elite Chambers (new company handling Claims4U cases), we are in the process of negotiating a better percentage. So bear this in mind if you plan to use Claiming4U or Elite Chambers.

They been great at the beginning, they won compensation for 3of us for flight cancellation, each of us won £360 but 4U took £160 from each and send us £200 and we was happy about it
I qlso ask them if there is any other fees to pay but they sayd NO
Few months later 4U send me bill for £600 to pay in 14days! Is that a joke
They took £160 from each person allready!

My daughter write to them about flight compansation, she is only 16 years. She did not get any money from the airline and now the claiming 4 U send her a bill 329 pound!!!!!

Only to find out what it actually was 5 months later when I received a call from claiming 4U who were quick to take on my case. The claim was submitted on my behalf and very quickly I received a cheque in settlement, incredible service, Thus was in spite of the same claim being turned down when being dealt with by a previous company.
