GOT RESULTS BUT A NIGHTMARE TO GET THERE

When writing reviews its about what they did well as well as bad. Firstly, the case was an easy kill. The defendants admitted liability within 5-6 weeks. Bed bugs, the manager of Hotel sent emails to me taht made their position undefendable. Living in Scotland, hotel in England easier to just get help from a legal entity in England. They got marginally more than I expected (Credit) quite easy to get through to on a call, hardly ever had a long wait. The bad stuff a lot more. I didn't do my research online and YOU HAVE TO DO THIS. Heated calls, getting documents out of was a fight and remember SRA Regulations Liability admission/Full settlement offer docs you should be sent by the solicitor/Claims management company as protocol. They are not simply administrative, routine or material and insist on it as I had to. The payment was another nightmare never offered BACS option at the beginning which they eventually did, we have the cheque, then finance said they were chasing the cheque. Cheques of the value it was came to me not not needing to sign for from Royal mail. Very messy, a Royal Mail tracking number that did not exist on Royal Mail Track and trace.
Yousuf Iqbal and Assnain vey difficult to work with.
My opinion
I think at times Claimtime forget they work for you as you are the client. The left hand seems to not know what the right hand is doing. The forms at the beginning,.... get Claimtime to confirm in email 25% or whatever the arranged deal is in email before signing the documents as I did.
I have proof of the Royal Mail tracking reference that was rejected by Royal mail and the emails arguing that Liability admission documents are never just administrative, routine or material

Avoid!

luckily I didn't sign an agreement to cover part of the costs. worst company I've ever had to work with! regular changes of agents without informing the client, contact every six months for few YEARS with a request to send the same documents over and over again. total lack of professionalism, scam and a waste of time. avoid at all costs!

SCAM, FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS

I have a road accident claim from 2023, but I haven't received any contact from them in the last three months. They often assign my case to a new solicitor, but they don't respond to my emails. I've called them multiple times for an update, and each time they just ask me to leave a voicemail, promising they will get back to me soon. They haven't, and this isn't the first attempt I've made to contact them. They come off as a careless and unprofessional group.

The five-star reviews on Google and other platforms seem fake. The owner is not British and appears to be using friends and family to post those favorable reviews.

I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs. Read the one-star reviews, and you'll understand the issues we are trying to highlight!

Worst customer service I've ever received

From the time I signed the contract, this company has failed to keep timely correspondence. On one occasion, I waited 4 weeks for an email reply to a query.

When I asked for a refund, they promised to telephone back to arrange on several occasions, but each time have failed to follow through . I have had no choice but to report them to the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever received from a company. Incidentally this is the branch in Birmingham.

Bunch of crooks

I was instructed to translate documents for numerous cases and haven’t been paid. I was a mum looking after a newborn and trying to make ends meet. Translations took days at a time. Time and stress I’ll never get back. A number of Claimtime solicitors stopped responding to emails.
If they don’t pay people that work for them they won’t look after your cases properly. Avoid them and go with people who respect the law

Avoid Avoid Avoid

I had a road accident in 2023. I don't know why I decided to go with them. They have changed my solicitor multiple times, and the worst thing is the guy in charge, Shabbir, never replies to my emails or picks up my calls. I always have to call the head office and request a callback. Can you imagine this?

The last time I heard back from them was 6 months ago with a letter asking if I accept 50/50 liability. I immediately refused the proposal. Now when I asked my solicitor about an update, he says we are waiting for a reply from the 3rd party.

Come on, it's been 6 months and you are still waiting for a reply!!

Avoid this company, it will give you stress.
