GOT RESULTS BUT A NIGHTMARE TO GET THERE
When writing reviews its about what they did well as well as bad. Firstly, the case was an easy kill. The defendants admitted liability within 5-6 weeks. Bed bugs, the manager of Hotel sent emails to me taht made their position undefendable. Living in Scotland, hotel in England easier to just get help from a legal entity in England. They got marginally more than I expected (Credit) quite easy to get through to on a call, hardly ever had a long wait. The bad stuff a lot more. I didn't do my research online and YOU HAVE TO DO THIS. Heated calls, getting documents out of was a fight and remember SRA Regulations Liability admission/Full settlement offer docs you should be sent by the solicitor/Claims management company as protocol. They are not simply administrative, routine or material and insist on it as I had to. The payment was another nightmare never offered BACS option at the beginning which they eventually did, we have the cheque, then finance said they were chasing the cheque. Cheques of the value it was came to me not not needing to sign for from Royal mail. Very messy, a Royal Mail tracking number that did not exist on Royal Mail Track and trace.
Yousuf Iqbal and Assnain vey difficult to work with.
My opinion
I think at times Claimtime forget they work for you as you are the client. The left hand seems to not know what the right hand is doing. The forms at the beginning,.... get Claimtime to confirm in email 25% or whatever the arranged deal is in email before signing the documents as I did.
I have proof of the Royal Mail tracking reference that was rejected by Royal mail and the emails arguing that Liability admission documents are never just administrative, routine or material
Claimtime reference INZ:39246
