Dreadful
Dreadful. Mistakes made with my claim meaning I paid them in April and now in December still haven’t had my refund, even if I get it! No support or help from them at all.

Used to operate under the name Tax Buddi and Zipp Tax unsure as to why they keep changing their name. Used to be a reliable service, but Dan has become avoidant and rude. Sent threatening debt collection letters, before their full service has been provided. Still have not received my payment, and have been notified by the HMRC that my tax code is now an emergency tax code. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Don't waste your time.

Very little communication. Cant speak to anybody. Only try and communicate via whats APP. Apparently sent me emails, to which i cant see in my inbox at all.
