Getting to the PFL hotline is not…

Getting to the PFL hotline is not possible, no matter how many times you call. After trying for a week doing it manually, I was losing hope. I then discovered Claimyr and was initially suspicious. It took about three weeks for me to finally connect with a live agent. Every day, I would receive an update stating that the office was closed and that they would try again. I can't imagine how many calls were made in those weeks, but I will use this service again if needed.

Legit service

First call to EDD connected, but there was no one on the line. Contacted Claimyr through chat and they made a second attempt which was successful.

Entire process from start to finish took an hour. Absolutely recommend. Worth every penny.

Keep your chat window open until your call completes though because I didn’t see any link or information on how to get back to that chat screen chat.

But as long as you have chat open, they’re able to troubleshoot issues quickly.

This is a wonderful company

This is a wonderful company. I'm hesitant to leave the review because I don't want everyone to know about it. Want to gate keep!! That's how awesome they are. When my first two calls got cut off, they reconnected me until my issue was resolved. 100% recommend!

Scam

Scam. Offers a 1x charge to read a transcript and then added a recurring charge. Ignores cancellation requests.

There is no way to contact and cancel anything they literally say on their website they have no re-occurring charges.

I’m not confused , I know what I signed up for and I know you are lying.

I said nothing about taxr, I said Claimyr. Scamming lil biateches.

IT WORKS!

I was recommended this service by a colleague, and it worked. Within 24 hours, I was able to connect with the EDD representative and get my work done. The best part was that I was continuously updated through texts about the status of my call and when I would be expecting it. Kudos to Claimyr team for the seamless service :)

Amazing Experience

After dozens of call to find out where our 2023 tax refund is and not being able to get anyone on the phone after hours of waiting I used Claimyr.com and had an IRS agent on the phone within 5 minutes and action was being taken to find out what happened. Excellent service and well worth it!

I was having a hard time getting thru…

I was having a hard time getting thru to FMLA. I had been trying everyday, several times a day. I called Claimyr and about 4 hrs later I got the call saying they would be on the line in a couple of minutes. In about 10 min I was talking to a representative and she told me I was missing my mom signature. She said how much I would get and said she would put it to get pulled a couple of days later once I updated the form. It was all pretty painless and I have given the website to a couple of other people I new that they were having issues. Thanks again.

Do not hesitate to use them...

Do not hesitate to use them to get through to the State of California. I was skeptical at first but I now use them as part of my care team and the cost is a no brainer when you think of hours spent on the phone and added stress of not getting through. Not to mention that Claimyr provides talking points at no extra cost to assist in getting your questions answered without the worries of forgetting and having to redial. It's well worth the expense of possible loosing benefits that you paid into. Two options, Fast or Regular; depending on your sense of urgency. I've tried both and the Fast gets me through within an hour or less of my request. Take the worry out of your day so that you can spend time with family and getting better.

You pay for a rather modest fee for a liter big pay out in what you get from the state. Sometimes the service works to well since I’ve done both price points, I accidentally slept through an early morning call one time and I didn’t wait too long for a call at a lower price point. When a government office CAN’T set up a real call back service and straight up say they’re busy and call back again when you need to go through an automated set of answers to get a human representative to answer a simple question or needing their attention to help fix and clarify a problem in the process of the claim, this service is a god send. I look forward to using this service again if and when I need to call EDD again.

I paid 19.99 for them to call Arizona unemployment for me. I never received the call and when I try to email them it gives me a link for support chat and there is no such thing

No matter how many times I tried calling NYS DOL…

No matter how many times I tried calling the NYS DOL for Unemployment, I couldn't get a live person on the line. I would hold for a while, and then the system automatically hung up on me. I signed up with the standard Claiymr service, and within 2-3 hours, NY State DOL called me back, and I talked to a live person. Just make sure to follow the directions that Claimyr sends you. I can't recommend this service enough!

Worked!

Yeah, was super sceptical on this, but we were desperate to get through, so I took a punt on the cheaper option, took a bit of the day, but it worked. And we got our EDD s#*t show sorted. Crazy we need to use it to get through, but stoked it worked!

WOW!!!

This is the most AMAZING service I’ve had doing business with ANY company in a while.

I submitted my PFL claim on 1/19/2025 and it was stuck in the dreaded “Pending Processing” status that YOU’RE all too familiar with now. After much research I discovered this service, read the reviews and decided to give it a try after not being able to get any help by dialing the official number myself. The first attempt to use the service failed because I mistakenly selected the EDD UI service and received a call from them within the hour, but they transferred me to the constantly-busy CA EDD PFL line where only self-service options were available. However, after each successful call that’s transferred to your phone, a text is sent asking about your experience and my response to the text generated a response with a link back to the site. I clicked on the link, explained the situation and was immediately directed to use the CA EDD PFL service for $29.99. Disappointed by my dumb mistake, I paid the second time for the correct service and waited. It took just under 2.5 hours to receive the call and the agent processed my claim in about 5 minutes!!! WOW!!! After the call, I once again responded to the text about my experience and mentioned my disappointment with having to pay the second time because of the EDD-mixup, and much to my delight and amazement I was given a REFUND for the first call. It’s a Chat Bot that’s handling the interactions during the entire process, but it’s the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! WOW!!!

I honestly had my doubts at first until…

I honestly had my doubts at first until I did a bit of research but they were able to get a hold of an agent for me! I got through after weeks of trying to call almost daily. It does come with a price but worth it in the end to get my issue fixed and resolved.
