Really easy to use website and order was ready to pick up extremely quickly. A lovely gift shop in Stirling if you're ever struggling to know what to give someone as a gift.
The small gift bags are excellent too with some really cute items to go in them.

Ordered the Buckfast Chocolate and Irn Bru Chocolate. It was actually amazing and very well done. Thought it would be a gimmicky thing but it was actually very tasty so I ordered more as it went down so well with my mates at work

A quick reply to my online chat (within minutes) and some good advice given (and taken) on contents of a hamper I was ordering. Nice personal touch, glad to give a local company some business. Hamper was beautifully presented with hand chosen contents. Compared to other web offerings, this one was more personal and very competitively priced. Would def do business again, a very pleasing purchase and professional but personal service.

Great personalised service, lovely products
I used this company to buy a Father's Day present for my Dad. I had a problem with the payment/order so I contacted them & Jen straight away investigated & found out the problem & helped me to find a solution. The order arrived exactly when they said it would & my Dad was very happy with the selection of cheeses & oatcakes I chose for him in his hamper. They also provided a lovely personalised follow up service to make sure that my parents knew to put the package in the fridge. I would definitely recommend Clan Artisan and will use them again.
